Privacy Policy

Manual analysis is free and runs in your browser. Signing in is optional and enables cloud storage of extracted results. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and improve the service.

We do not request your Instagram or Threads password or session cookies. Manual analysis uses supported follower and following lists; it does not require your photos, videos or private messages. Do not include private archives or passwords in support messages.

When you select a file for manual analysis, the archive is read on your device rather than uploaded to our servers. If you use an account, the extracted results described below can leave your device for synchronization.

IndexedDB stores local snapshots and settings. Browser storage also keeps authentication and privacy preferences. Clearing browser site data removes the local copy; it does not by itself delete cloud account results. Review the scope shown by the service’s data-deletion controls before confirming.

You can sign in through Google or a one-time email code. Supabase handles authentication; Resend delivers login emails. We store your email and, when supplied, name and profile image, plus extracted usernames, available dates, export filename and counts in Supabase and Cloudflare R2 to provide your saved results. Account access is restricted to its owner through authentication. Signing out ends your session but does not delete these results.

Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage events and visit context, and Microsoft Clarity records interactions and masked session replays. Neither service receives your raw archive. Feedback tags can include a random per-open identifier, context and score; feedback text and reply email are not sent as analytics tags. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects cookieless visit measurements separately. Hosting and security services process technical request data. Contact and feedback submissions include the information you enter; signed-in feedback also includes your account identity.

Browser storage keeps analysis, sign-in and preferences. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity run when you visit the site and may use cookies. The “Got it” button only dismisses the cookie notice; it does not enable or disable analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may be affected. Advertising choices are handled separately in Google’s privacy message when shown.

On pages where advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google (Google AdSense) and other ad technology partners, may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your previous visits to this site or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies let Google and its partners show ads based on those visits. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Google and participating ad partners may receive your IP address, browser and device information, browser identifiers and the URLs of pages you view when their ad code runs. Read how Google uses data from partner sites and the Google’s ad technology partner list. When Google’s consent message appears, it shows the partners involved and their data-use details.

You can opt out of Google’s personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. For some other providers, use YourAdChoices or the provider links in the consent message. When available, reopen advertising choices through the site’s footer or Cookie Policy. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop all ads or all storage needed to serve them.

Service providers include Cloudflare (hosting, Web Analytics, Turnstile, R2 and D1), Supabase (accounts), Resend (email), Google (Analytics and advertising privacy tools) and Microsoft Clarity. They process data for their respective services. YouTube guides, opened Instagram previews, Product Hunt badges and DiceBear avatars can send technical requests to those providers; avatar seeds are hashed rather than plain follower names. Fonts are self-hosted. Provider details: Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend.

Local data remains until you clear it. Saved account results remain until removed through the service’s controls or account deletion. Contact and feedback information is kept as needed to handle requests and operate the service. Technical logs, backups and provider analytics follow their respective retention settings and policies; deleting browser data does not erase these copies.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data. Use the local and account data controls for saved analysis, and contact us for information held in messages or provider records. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Deleting browser cookies does not erase account data or records already held by analytics providers.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 13 (or older, where your jurisdiction requires). We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their privacy notices explain their handling of international transfers. Contact us if you need information about processing related to your account or request.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the stated update date. Where possible, we'll highlight material changes more prominently.
