Full step-by-step — How it works

See who unfollowed you on Instagram and Threads

Instagram doesn't show you who unfollowed. You only see the number drop — but who exactly disappeared stays a mystery. Unfollow Checker compares your two exports and gives you the exact list: who unfollowed, who doesn't follow you back, and who just followed you.

Instagram doesn't keep an unfollow history, so the tool compares two snapshots to find your unfollowers. You get a clear list of the people who don't follow you back, ready to review and unfollow at your own pace.

No automation, no bots, and no login — your account stays safe. You simply review your Instagram and Threads unfollowers and decide who to unfollow yourself.

Checking Threads unfollowers?

Threads keeps its own followers list inside the same Meta export. The dedicated Threads page walks through the export settings, the three steps, and the questions people ask most.
