Every Unfollow Checker Pro payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Here’s how to request a refund or cancel your subscription.
14-day money-back guarantee
Want a refund? Contact us within 14 calendar days of your payment and we’ll return the full amount. This covers your first Pro purchase and every monthly or annual renewal. You don’t need to give a reason. There are no exceptions or additional conditions.
Paddle is our merchant of record and handles payments and refunds. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply, without limiting our guarantee above.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@unfollowchecker.com to request a refund. To help us find your payment, include the email used for your purchase and your order ID if you have it.
Or visit paddle.net, find your purchase and choose “Request refund”. You can also use the support link in your Paddle receipt.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt. This stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of your paid period. To get your money back, request a refund separately within 14 days of the payment.
How you get your money back
Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. How soon it appears depends on your bank or payment provider. Your Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
